DanceSpot is an application published by Dancespot OÜ (Estonia). It enables users to discover dance events, filter by preferences, view events on map/calendar, and purchase tickets. Organizers can publish events, manage ticket sales, access statistics, and receive payments.
By accessing or using the DanceSpot app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Available on iOS, Android, and web. Some features require internet access or geolocation.
Users must be at least 16. Under 16 requires verified parental consent (see Privacy Policy). Users are responsible for accurate info and credential confidentiality.
For users: browse/search, purchase tickets via Stripe, favorites, notifications/reminders.
For organizers: create/publish, sell tickets via Stripe, access statistics, manage refunds according to their policies.
No illegal/misleading/offensive content. Respect IP rights. Do not disrupt the platform.
Payments via Stripe. DanceSpot does not store payment card data.
DanceSpot is a technical platform. It is not the event organizer and does not control event execution/quality/legalities. Disputes related to events should be addressed with the organizer.
DanceSpot may suspend/terminate accounts violating these Terms or engaging in fraud/abuse.
Content (text, logos, visuals) is protected and owned by DanceSpot or partners.
DanceSpot is not liable for organizer-provided inaccuracies, cancellations/refund delays, or issues beyond reasonable control, except where prohibited by law.
May be modified; users informed of material changes via app or email.
EU and Estonia law; jurisdiction in Estonia unless mandatory consumer rules apply.
